CARPORT CAMP is a 45-minute functional bodyweight training that focuses on improving our cardio endurance, fat burning and muscle toning in an exciting group class setting.

TUESDAY TABATA Adopted from Izumi Tabata, Tuesday Tabata provides functional bodyweight training with a 20sec ON, 10sec OFF interval for a minimum of 4-minutes long. Our 40-minute Tabata class creates movements to be performed in a short amount of time with customised tunes to light up the excitement.

SATURDAY FEVER is our weekend SIGNATURE class. The 45-minute will take you to a rollercoaster of happiness in lighting up our mood to start the weekend. Burn fat, get stronger and have tons of cheer!

PORT STRENGTH is a 60-minute class of high intensity training. With variety functional movements of aerobics, gymnastics and weightlifting. Everyday is a new day for you to learn, get stronger and have FUN.

PORT ENDURANCE is our RUNDAY class. Making running much more sweeter and effective. It is a 60-minute interval running to increase our aerobics capacity and improve our skill & techniques.
